Boulder has the highest level of “well-being” among 185 metro areas nationwide, and Colorado ranks No. 7 among states, a new report says. The “Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index,” released Monday, seeks to measure the daily state of health and well-being in cities and states, based on interviews by the Gallup polling organization assessing emotional and physical health, behavior, work environment and access to health care, among other factors.
